The reason for this is to cover the entire spectrum of customer requirements. You could want a booth to paint an automobile or an aircraft or a very tiny intricate part in large numbers.
The Premier Spray Booth

This spray booth has white powder coated panels that are double walled and fully insulated. This results in considerable saving in energy, ease of maintenance and increased durability. The panels are punched with precision and made of heavy gauge galvanized steel for protection against corrosion and long life.

The paint booth has uniform airflow due to the full ceiling air intake filters. The surplus spray is forced out of the vehicle by the central flow exhaust system.

The direct-fired heat system scores by 20% in efficiency terms over the indirect fired heating system. Recirculation of preheated air from the baking cycle effects greater energy savings.

Electronic monitoring of filters, energy saving motor drives and an auto shut down system all help in the further saving in running costs.

The lights are strategically located and have access from the inside. This means that the exterior is flush and clean. The lighting is well focused in order to eliminate shadows. The lights have also been selected with the saving of energy costs in mind.

The provision of tri-fold doors and a 2-meter pit under the central exhaust system further enhance the utilization of the automotive paint booth.

Cars and other types of vehicles are brought into these salvage yards where they are stored then generally used for any of their working parts. The automotive salvaging industry is a productive one that encourages re-use of parts that are no longer needed in the vehicle of origin.

Automotive salvaging is chiefly performed at an automotive salvage yard. Cars and other types of vehicles are brought into these salvage yards where they are stored then generally used for any of their working parts. The automotive salvaging industry is a productive one that encourages re-use of parts that are no longer needed in the vehicle of origin. Typically these cars are salvaged once the owner no longer desires to drive the vehicle because of its age or state of disrepair. The vehicle is then placed in the salvage yard, stored for an unspecified period and used to the liking of the salvage yard owner.

The parts from a car may usually be removed by a trained mechanic or anyone who is skilful at vehicular repairs and maintenance. The external parts like the mirrors, headlights bumper and fender may be removed first and used if they are in comparatively good condition. It is of significance to note that some parts may not need to be entirely attractive to be sold. For example a scratched bumper can be bought by a customer and resprayed to look like brand new. However for the major parts of the car inclusive of the engine, transmission and radiator, proper functioning most be observed before it can be sold. Some manufacturers will purchase major parts that are not working and recondition them for resale. But besides the auto parts that are found in the automobile the metal from them may also be made into scrap metals that may be sent to recycling factories that will process the scrap metals to remake new metals for use. These newly formed metals are also very likely to be re-used in the automotive industry. The use of salvage yards is hence very essential in assisting in the conservation of products and raw materials. By finding ways to reuse old parts many manufacturers can reduce their production costs and the development of new parts.

Kansas has a booming automotive salvaging industry like many other states across the country. These may be found using local directories or more conveniently online sources.

Make improvements alone will cost much less than those who do simple repairs.

You can potentially save a bundle, with a little time, patience and hard work. I will explain the three-biased automotive repairs done by your own at home.

1. Replacing a bad fuse

Over time, the fuse will be bad and needs replacing. Many electrical systems in your vehicle managed by the fuse. To solve electrical problems many drivers who bring vehicles to a mechanic. Mechanic will do the test and will usually cost a pretty expensive to just replace the fuse that exploded into a problem. You can replace it yourself by using tweezers and costs much cheaper.

2. Replacing a bad spark plug

Although during the last decades the complexity of the car increases, the gas engine 4-stroke internal combustion process remains the same. Important process of the part it is the spark plug. Bad spark plug can cause your machine failure and dramatically reduce the performance and efficiency of your vehicle.
If you have a gapping, socket, and ratchet you can change your own spark plugs in the house with a cost saving up to $ 80 for the mechanic. By buying their own spark plugs and cheaper costs.

3. Changing the fuel filter

This repair work is the most labor-intensive of the three ways. You can complete this work within one hour by using a few keys, cloth lapa, jack, and a pan to catch fuel. With do it yourself you will only cost you $ 20 to purchase filter itself den save a lot of money for a mechanic.

Some important steps to take reasonable precautions and ensure your safety, because you are working with gasoline. Take off your car battery to prevent fire and do not forget to wear gloves. Finally, make sure you use jack to lift vehicle are sturdy and strong.

If you own a car or truck then chances are you need good automotive engine parts for servicing your vehicle. There are hundreds of different parts for your car, and your engine can be a very complicated machine to work on. That being said having proper knowledge of what goes where and how it works is very important.

Vehicles of all kinds need maintenance and the first type that comes to mind is an oil change. Typically you want high quality oil for your car but that’s not all that’s needed. You also need a good oil filter in order to ensure proper oil flow. Having this routine operation done on schedule can keep your vehicle running for a very lone time.

Next operation that comes to mind is a tune up. This requires some of the most basic automotive engine parts and many people can do it themselves. The parts needed for this are spark plugs, spark plug wires, a distributor cap, and an air filter. The operation is simple, and does not take very long to perform.

Aside from the smaller simpler operations many complex repair and maintenance procedures require expensive and heavy duty automotive engine parts. Anything pertaining to the cylinders, valves, water pump, and belt system can be very expensive. If you need work in any of these areas it’s generally not a good idea to put it off. Of course this is true for most repair procedures but especially in these categories.

Alternators are one of the more pressing automotive engine parts to take care of. They can also be one of the most infuriating as poor quality models will continually go out. These can also run quite a bit of money and you don’t want to have one replaced more than once every 3 years. Unfortunately they aren’t something that you can simply ignore and deal with until they fail.

The alternator is what keeps your battery recharged when the car is running. If it is damaged or not working properly it won’t recharge your battery properly and this can result in your car not starting. It can also do some damage to your cars electrical system as well. Having your cars wiring replaced is a very expensive and time consuming operation.

The most important part when talking about an engine is the engine block itself. This is essentially the main part that everything else fits inside of, plugs into, or runs off of. A cracked block can lead to severe performance problems and eventually a destroyed motor. It’s best to get these serviced right away as the longer you leave the crack the worse it can get.

Automotive engine parts are some of the most complicated products to shop for. There are many different brands and models for the myriad of different automobiles on the market. For the first time shopper it can be immensely confusing and overwhelming. If you have to shop for parts make sure you go to a reputable store and ask for help. Most auto parts stores will be happy to help you find what you need and recommend the right model for your car.

A unique customized website that can give desired results requires effective Internet marketing strategy. A customized website which created with the help of an Internet marketer incorporates your automotive dealership’s own unique brand image. It should be informative, user friendly, and visually appealing to generate leads.

Informative:
As the website creates first impression about the business for your customer, it is important to make sure that your core message is displayed across the website. The core message can be any of these – quality products, reliable service, dedicated staff, roadside assistance, warranty etc. A reliable Internet marketer gives the required inputs that are specific to your business and market, with all the information a customer needs.

User friendly:
Customers always prefer a website that is user friendly. To become a unique auto dealer and to increase the response from the potential customers, your custom website should be user-friendly. A reliable Internet marketer uses some of latest tools according to the current market trend to make your customized website user friendly not only for your potential customers but also for you and your business.

Visually appealing:
A reliable Internet marketer creates unique custom website that incorporates every thing about your business in high-end graphics, voice, video, animation, and 3D images wherever required to create a strong web presence for your website in the market online. This enables to create a consistent visual appeal for your brand in your customers’ mind. Unlike a website created using some built-in ineffective templates, a unique custom built website nourishes trust in your products and services.

Lead generation:
A lead-generating web site is a vital tool, which places you ahead of your rivals in today’s competitive market. Customized websites generates leads from the best potential customers on the web. A reliable Internet marketer specializes in building search engine friendly web sites which drives traffic to your website and converts them into phone calls and e-mails.

By 2011, the market scale for vehicular lighting is expected to reach US$10.6bn. Similar trends, of course, can be seen in the industry supplying any other category of automotive components. However, the lighting sector stands apart in its high level of cooperation among major and minor participants and its advanced degree of global integration.

C.R.M is the short for Customer Relationship Management it is a software that posses the quintessential capabilities for an automotive dealership to maintain a good relationship with their existing or new customers. In a nut shell the CRM is designed to sort, filter, and management customer’s information in an effective way. It has some eerie resemblance to a well known software everyone uses on a daily basis called “Microsoft Outlook”.

There are some key differences between a CRM and a DMS, don’t get caught up in the big words. A DMS system or Dealer Management Software should have a build in CRM capabilities, and in addition some functionalities a CRM can not offer. But today we are going to focus solely on the CRM aspect of the technology.

When choosing a CRM service provider, the customer should be aware of few key issues. Such as the creation date of the software, database scheme of the CRM used, and of course the cost of the software. There are few big name providers in the automotive industry each with their own version of a CRM program. It is surprising with the amount of subscription fee dealers pay to them, the software is still stuck in the 80s, using “flat file” system for their database, and poorly designed interfaces for the users. The cost of a CRM software can range from 2000-3000 per month, with setup installation fees up towards 10,000, all the way to 0 installation fee, and monthly cost of $300. One tell tale sign of an aged software is its “interactivity”, on mouse over a button, or on click event, and easily tell you if the software is more than 10 years old in age.

Many automotive CRM providers today refuse to upgrade their system, due to lack of programming staff and IT support on site, these companies are literally stuck in the 1980s. With today’s growing demand for interactivity, such as web integration, real time database modifications, paying a hefty bill does not necessarily mean you got the best product out there.

It is time for dealers to wake up and smell the coffee, to spend their money wisely on web or internet related advertising and development.

Don’t be fooled into thinking by spend more you shall receive more, that is not true at all. Many dealers are been taken advantage today due to their lack of knowledge and information. A new service has come to light in Canada, called Dealer Template. Their url at http://www.dealertemplate.ca this company is offering dealers a pre-designed web template for as little as $80 per month, and that includes hosting fees. The secret most dealer doesn’t realize is the $20,000 web site still come from a cookie cutter web template the development firm uses from their past clients. So in essence the difference between a “custom” developed site, and a template, is the fact if you know it’s a template or not.

Been involved with automotive business for the past 7 years I have encountered numerous computer programs, CRM softwares, DMS platforms, what ever you like to call them, these poorly developed software sometimes are older than me. It is unbelievable to me a dealership is willing to pay as much as $4000 per month using these outdated softwares that was developed along with Window 3.1. I understand it is a good idea to improve your business but if this process is not done correctly. It can hurt your business dramatically.

Just today I got introduced to another “great product” from a big name provider in automotive data processing ( I am not going to mention any names here ). The man was nice enough to introduce me to their latest CRM development, but I truly felt sorry for him trying to train me to use a software that is poorly designed and build right from the start. I didn’t want to complaint about the ridiculous nature of the software, and how unintuitive and how unproductive this can really do to us. I understand selling cars is a straight forward business, and there is no science to this process. The simple formula should be nice to your customers, and sell your product at a competitive price, and with little hard work and persistence you should have a winner on your hand.

But the feedback I have been getting in the past few years are the sales managers (especially the ones with lack of education and understanding of technology) all seems to be blown away by the technology that was invented in the late 80’s. They actually believe by buying into these softwares it can help their business process. The high monthly spending is justified because the extra profit they can potentially make. But you can not invent something out of nothing, by over complicating your business process and add redundancy to your daily operation. Is not only counter productive, it is against human evolution.

The poorly designed products have virtually no user testing it seems, with layout a complete mess, and process completely redundant. Not to mention the database scheme was based on the first generation “flat filing” system that was invented in the late 60’s. At Dealer Elite CRM we truly believe the principle of “KISS” or “keep it simple stupid”. We believe an intuitive design and simple process can actually help you in your sales process. Because it will be user friendly, and require minimum amount of training. And get rid of all the unnecessary data fields to keep data integrity in check.

We don’t believe in all the hype of the acronyms such as DMS, or CRM, we sell our product based on its simplicity and usefulness. Don’t be fooled into paying another “installation fee” or “setup fee” that is in the neighbourhood of $10,000, and stop paying for any CRM or DMS system that can cost you more than $1000 per month.

The vehicle has now become part of your life. Everyone wants to own a vehicle whether it is bike or a car. But most prefer to buy car(s). It is also considered as one of the precious belonging.

Since your new brand car is one day going to fade its looks style and it mainly depends on how we handle and maintain them. People like to change the looks of their car. They try to follow all the possible ways of changing the automotive interiors of their car. The maintenance and changes made in car by the owner after buying it is totally his/her personal preference. Many feel uncomfortable with their new car automotive interiors standard.

Some professional concerns are in the business of automotive interiors. They guide their customers in selecting the right and best interiors for their car’s looks and style. Keeping your automotive keep and germ free is need of the hour.

Suggestion on how to add new looks to your automotive interiors
In order to change the complete looks the owner may replace some of the parts or interiors.

The first basic step to improve the look inside the car is to replace with the seat covers. It is the basic investment you are giving to your vehicle to maintain its life. By replacing with the seat covers it is going to protect from the scratches, dust and any spill or stain. Seat covers with numerous designs and variety of style along with comfort are available in the market. It gives new and stylish look to your car.

There is option of changing your steering wheels too. You can completely change the steering wheel or may add cover to it.

Change of carpet will add more looks to your seat cover. Replace them which match with your seat cover.

Adding or fixing up new music system with subwoofers and amplifiers is going to add royal look to your car.

Providing special light effects interior of car will give sparkling effect to your vehicle.

Replacing foot pedals is also best option that one can go for.

To go with the new dash mats matching the color of seat will give additional looks. Dash mats also minimizes the sun’s reflective rays

Adding up heat shields is going to be most important decision that you are going to take in adding value to the life your car. It is useful in protecting excess of heat inside the car.

Windows shades are also going to boost up the value of car since it protects other interiors from the sunlight.

There are some other small changes which will add value and style for your car. So have a thought and proceed further for changes.
